1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or purchasing from tcgcrown.com (the "Site"), operated by Crown TCG ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Crown TCG. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & availability

All products are subject to availability. Prices and product details are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (including suspected reseller behavior on limited-allocation product), and correct pricing errors.

4. Pre-orders & release dates

Release dates shown on pre-order listings are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may shift. Pre-order charges are processed at the time of order. If a manufacturer cancels a release we will refund the pre-order in full.

5. Sealed product authenticity

All sealed TCG product sold by Crown TCG is sourced from authorized U.S. distributors and manufacturers. We do not sell repackaged, weighed, searched, or resealed product.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the amount of your order to that payment method.

7. Shipping & returns

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and product imagery shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. Crown TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Bandai, DEVSISTERS, Bushiroad, or any other game publisher unless explicitly stated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown TCG's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
