Refund Policy

Our return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return on eligible items.

What's eligible

  • Sealed TCG product (booster boxes, booster packs, ETBs, starter decks, bundles, sealed cases) is returnable only if it arrives in unopened, factory-sealed condition. Once a seal is broken the product is no longer eligible.
  • Accessories (playmats, deck boxes, sleeves, binders) are returnable in unused condition with original packaging.

What's not eligible

  • Singles, opened booster packs, opened boxes, or any product whose factory seal has been broken
  • Products marked "Final Sale" on the product page
  • Gift cards

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@tcgcrown.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items, and is a flat $6.99 deduction from the refund for buyer-remorse returns.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@tcgcrown.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you in full, your choice.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us at support@tcgcrown.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
